The health and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and library employees is always the top priority of Camosun College Library. While our physical spaces remain closed, we continue to deliver most of our services online.

  • Books By Mail
    • students & employees can borrow up to 5 items at a time
  • Course Reserves
    • A large portion of our print reserve collection consists of textbooks from major publishers. While library staff are committed to providing access to course material in alternative formats wherever possible, many textbook publishers restrict sales of digital versions to libraries.
  • Interlibrary loansdecorative
    • request articles not immediately available in our collection

  • Laptop lending

ID Cards & U-Pass

  • A new online system for ID cards will be launched on August 17
  • U-Pass updates will be validated by issuing a sticker. More information
  • An optional June 1 to August 31 U-Pass is available to both currently enrolled students and those who were registered in the previous winter semester. The cost is $70 and can be ordered through the Student Society online store. Contact for questions and concerns


  • Single Search
    • Use the EBSCO Discovery Service to search a large portion of our article, ebook, and video resources all at once!
  • Databases A-Z
    • Great for searches in specific subject areas such as Nursing, Business, Art, or History
    • Select Canadian sources
  • Ebook collections
    • Browse or search thousands of ebooks
  • Streaming videos
    • We've expanded our digital film collections to support remote learning
